In order to effectively achieve our mission, there are five essential core values to CrossLink – These are things that are vital in order for CrossLink to exist:

• Core Value #1 Unity– In order for this ministry to be effective, all participating churches will be of the same mind, with the goals of glorifying God, building up believers in Christ, and reaching the lost for CHRIST.

• Core Value #2 Community– A strong Christian young adult community is vital for personal spiritual growth and having an avenue to pursue the lost among our Winchester area.

• Core Value #3 Worship– The primary focus of each CrossLink event is praise and worship.

• Core Value #4 Consistency– This ministry will meet on a monthly basis in order to build and grow the body of believers in our Winchester area.

• Core Value #5 Excellence– In order for CrossLink to reach this generation, quality and excellence is expected! This stands true for all aspects of our ministry, along with the performance of each event.
